TimeSight Systems™ Strengthens Management Team with Addition of New Chief Financial Officer

Technology industry veteran adds strength in leadership, operational excellence and corporate finance

Mt. Laurel, NJ, April 28, 2009 — TimeSight Systems™, the industry leader in Video Lifecycle Management (VLM), today announced that Geoff Lapres has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. A senior executive with more than 15 years technology industry experience in finance, operations and business strategy, Lapres will oversee TimeSight Systems’ financial management and administrative business processes.

As CFO, Lapres expands an existing management team of seasoned veterans known for its focus on producing innovative technology and delivering world-class results. He will lead the worldwide finance organization and will have responsibility for accounting and reporting, strategic planning, financial analysis, tax and audit.
 
Lapres joins TimeSight Systems from Textronics, a manufacturer of high-technology textiles, which was recently acquired by Adidas. Prior to his time at Adidas, Lapres was CFO at Tacit Networks, where he helped grow the company to a leadership position which led to the company’s successful acquisition by Packeteer, Inc.  In addition, Lapres served as vice president of Finance at INRANGE Technologies, where he was instrumental in taking the company through a very successful Initial Public Offering in 2000.
